Hollywood Expendables Shipping & Returns Policy

Please Note: Some orders may require multiple boxes to ship. This may result in additional shipping charges. This is a problem we are aware of and are looking to remedy soon. However in the case this problem happened to your order, you will be notified of the actual shipping charges prior to actually shipping them.

Delivery Times:

UPS guarantees the day of delivery for every ground package you ship to any address within the 50 United States plus Puerto Rico (see Terms and Conditions for details). Service Map colors may vary due to differences in hardware and software. For the scheduled days in transit for ground packages shipped within the 50 U.S. states plus Puerto Rico, please use the Time-in-Transit calculator. Hollywood Expendables cut-off time for same day shipping is 2:30PM Pacific Standard Time. We will attempt to process orders right up to the time the UPS driver is loading there truck, but our guarantee for same day processing stops at 2:30pm.

Compare shipping costs by toggling between the options found in the shopping cart area. Note UPS Ground is 5 working days to the East coast. Saturday, Sundays, and Holidays are not included. If you place an order after 2pm on Friday, its first day of travel will be on Monday. Usually you’ll receive it by the following Friday, But during peak load times (like December) expect delays.

Domestic Orders:

You can choose between UPS Ground, UPS 3 Day Select, UPS 2nd Day, or Next day. We ship with UPS exclusively. We do not ship USPS, FedEx, DHL or others.
Please Note: UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please supply actual shipping addresses.

International Shipping Policy:

Due to increased international credit card fraud, Hollywood Expendables has suspended all international orders, with the exception of Canada.

Reporting Damaged Goods:

Please inspect your packages immediately for signs of damage. If a box arrives with physical indications that damage may have occurred in transit, you have the option to refuse the package from the carrier or to sign for it and inspect the content’s. It is imperative that you contact the freight company and file a DAMAGED GOODS CLAIM with them as soon as possible. Next please call us at 818-842-9944, give us the claim number you received from the carrier, and we will issue a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. So we may look forward to receiving the shipment and most importantly, prepare arrangements for a replacement.

We do not reimburse any shipping what-so-ever for damaged goods. The claim form that you file with the freight company is your “Free Shipping”. Do not return damaged goods without following the instructions above.
