For those of you who are new to this product or have used it in the past and found this product difficult in certain situations, especially COLD! Remember, this is a Wax Based product. Simple actions of warming this up a little with even just your hands can make it easier to use. A microwave, 10-20 seconds at a time or putting it out in the sun if you are on location, can soften the product and make it much easier to use. And of course the opposite…. If you are experiencing this product being too soft for your needs, pop it into the freezer or store in a refrigerator to get the consistency you need. Physics will be your best friend in these situations!
